1) What are Something Special's
prices for shipping & handling?
All of our shipping prices are determined by the actual
United Parcel Service (UPS) shipping charges. Because these charges are
based on weight and distance, they cannot be determined until a customer
places an order.
2) What is Something Special's return
policy if merchandise arrives damaged?
If merchandise arrives damaged, the customer should contact
the United Parcel Service (UPS). UPS packages up to $100 in value are automatically
insured. Extra insurance can be purchased for packages whose value is in
excess of $100.
3) What is Something Special's return
policy if merchandise is not damaged, but is not acceptable for other reasons?
If the merchandise is a retired or discontinued collectible,
all sales are final. All other merchandise can be returned for a full refund.
However, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the merchandise
back to Something Special, and the original shipping charges are non-refundable.
